[SOLVED] Frame stuttering issue.

Hi yall. I've had this problem for about a year, and i've given up on the solution. UNTIL i noticed something.

So the problem is that my mouse movements and general graphics output feels like it is microstuttering, causing my mouse movements to feel delayed and not fast and snappy like they should. It happens both ingame and with general use on the pc. I recently was watching a music video where the camera was constantly moving from right to left. And i could easily see a ton of stuttering graphically when watching the video. Its like the frames were choppy and not registered fast enough idk. So i figured the sloppy mouse feeling must be realated to this. It just feels like a part isnt working as intended. Is 550w enough for my system?

So EVERY simple solution like new graphics drivers and stuff like that i have already tried.

Specs:
GTX 1060 6gb
Ryzen 5 2600
16 gb G. skill ram 3200 mhz
1tb WD blue harddrive 7200
240 gb kingston ssd (with windows 10 on it)
Asrock b450m pro 4 (bios updated. I also tried resetting them)
Be quiet 550 w gold efficiency.

I would think that would be plenty how is your screen connected to your GPU if its not display-port try that first I would.

My Asus vg248Qe doesnt have a displayport option... But with my monitor before (i thought that was the problem) i had DP and the problem was still there :/

Is your mouse connection USB or ps/2?

USB operates by polling the mouse for inputs.
This is done by the motherboard and is usually very fast.
Perhaps there is an option in the bios to adjust this rate.
A faster rate will be more responsive but will increase motherboard overhead.
If this were a bios issue, you have already fixed it via the latest bios update.

You could try a ps/2 mouse to see if there is any difference.

A second possibility is that your driver settings could be at fault.

Im using the razer viper wired so its a USB mouse. Ill check the article you linked to see. But ive tried many different mice and the problem persists.
