[SOLVED] New Build or Upgrade GPU

I was thinking something like that. My PSU rocks and my Storage works like a charm, but if I keep those I'm going to be forced to sell the rest of my componentes separately, which is a pain in the ass =/. Edit: There's also the bottleneck problem if I just upgrade my GPU. None of the options...

[SOLVED] New Build or Upgrade GPU

Yeah. The only problem with this approach is that I'm planning on snatching some good deals on Black Friday. So if I pass on some of those offers, and later on it turns out that I needed the new components, I'll be losing money big time.

[SOLVED] New Build or Upgrade GPU

Hey guys. I built my current PC in November 2015 and I use it for gaming. Right now I'm on 1080p|60fps|medium/high since I'm unable to go 1440p with my current specs, but I aim to game in 1440p|60fps|ultra. I recently had to buy a new monitor and I anticipated my upgrade and bought one that...

    Should I upgrade from R9 280x cf to a 980ti?

I've heard about new architectures coming out next year, so maybe there will be a slight price dropdown, so you could take advante of it and buy 980ti. I would upgrade since, as you say, you'll have no problem with the scalling and the power consumption is a huge factor. I wouldn't go for the...

Will this pc run GTA 5 with some mods installed?

300£ for 1080p gaming is simply not enough. Maybe in 720p you can get some minimum/decent stuff, but you either raise your budget or gg.

Will this pc run GTA 5 with some mods installed?

A whole build? Well, then I need to ask a few questions... - What's your budget? - In what resolution are you going to play? - Do you expect to play most games at ultra or minimum/medium will suffice for you? - Where are you from? I assumed you were gonna build a CPU instead of buying one...

Ram Or CPU for Sony movie studio?

I think GPU and RAM are mor important. If you have a decent CPU, of course. I would say GPU > RAM > CPU. Aalways with a decent level of each, you can't expect a 980Ti to perform miracles if you have 1GB RAM and a Pentium 2 :P

Which GPU is better? Choose and put your opinion.. Thanks!

MSI. I wouldn't buy Zotac. Best-known brands always use better components, and MSI is particullary good. Btw, why are you buying a 980? What's your monitor? Maybe you're wasting money!

BSOD "Memory Management" after adding an identical set of DDR3 sticks

Maybe you screwed something up when flashing your BIOS? Not enough voltage? Slots are dusty/have something in them and sticks aren't making full contact?
