Heya! If possible, it'd be better if your radiator was on the front of your case as an intake. There could be all sorts of other issues though including uneven paste application to needing to flatten out your cpu heat spreader and/or the cold plate on your cpu cooler. Good luck!

heya! Seems like you have a great basic gaming pc at the moment. That's fine, but you can't ask for a late 2020 build reccomendation when it's 2018. PC hardware accelerates so fast that what is best for your price range now will be bettered in a month or three. Ask again in 18 months.

Laptop HDD swaps are usually really easy. In the meantime try deleting some old games you no longer play and close your internet browser before playing. Especially imgur.

Some motherboards like yours and mine don't use a case speaker for diagnostics on boot up but use led's instead. It's all good.

Those CPU temps are extreme. I'm not familiar with AMD CPU's but the first one I bought burnt itself out after the CPU fan died. (back before AMD put in temp sensors). Your CPU is shutting down due to heat. In all likelyhood you need to re-seat or buy a better cpu cooler. The other guys...
