It will work, though I might get a GTX 750 Ti, especially since the price goes down when the 950 comes out. But not if you can't return it. The 730 will work with that stuff.

Actually, you might want an AMD FX-8320E or the like. But servers do not use graphics at all, they are cpu based. If you knock the 970 off you could get an i7-5820K that would wipe it out.
