i am unable to download any files from google chrome nor internet explorer and i am currently using windows 10 and whenever i press download option the page is just loading but not responding or moving further.

So on my system i am currently running the retail version of windows 10 home, and have messed up my motherboard by a fault of my own and will be ordering a replacement which is the exact same model. Will my windows need reactivation after the motherboard change or will the license stay? Cheers.
