Hello, i need th drivers 4 installation

Does fraps show the FPS for free? I really don't need the screen recording feature, nor do I need the screenshot feature. I just want to know how many FPS I am getting. If fraps doesn't show the FPS for free, could anyone recommend a free or lower priced alternative to fraps for displaying...
