Im a computer gamer and im looking for a good graphics card for the most frames per second , or a decent graphics card with a decent price. My processor is AMD FX(tm)-6200 Six-Core Processor. Any tips on which would be the best most affordable graphics card , would be helpful thank you.

Like the title says, On Windows, Brand new seagate 4TB internal drive, accidentally initialized it to MBR and only had about 2TB. I used diskpart tool and used clean function so I could re initialize to GPT. When I initialize to GPT, i still only have about 2TB. Where should I go from here?
