So I exchanged my crappy Acer 232HL for a Samsung S23A300B 23" LED. It's great but I was wondering if anybody knew how to tilt this monitor "down" a bit? I also can't help but feel the monitor has a really faint grainy view to it. Am I being paranoid here? Thanks!

Changing resolutions, signal input and turning it off and on show that the backlight works fine but it only stays on for 2-3 seconds than goes off, screen is still on though. All inputs do the same, don't see any options software or hardware-wise to change it. Also not exactly sure of model number.
