What games and are used parts fine?

Can get something like this:

Then buy a used GPU like a Vega 64, GTX 1080, 1080Ti, RTX 2060 etc for around £300 or under for the Vega and 1080

That board allows you to bump up that cpu using Asrocks BSB (base frequency boost) but you'd want an aftermarket cpu cooler for that.
