I recently also had an fTMP error that i fixed with a bios cmos clear. After that I immedietly tried to load windows 11 onto the new computer but i kept getting 0xc000428 windows error codes. Nothing seems to be working and im not sure why. The computer itself registers all the components as verified in the bios and then when i try to boot it wont let me. It also after like 5 mins turns itself off if nobody has touched it.
ive tried
-new windows install
-2 diffrient usbs one 3 one 2
-windows 10 install (when i tried it was just a blue screen with black lines then the pc would shut itself off.)
-tried to go into bios to fix with boot override same thing happens

if anyone knows what could be the problem that would help alot

Remove graphics card from system. Use integrated graphics during windows install.
Use only single ram module.
Clean OS drive during install. Use diskpart clean method (this removes all data from drive).
I don’t know what u did now the computer won’t post at all and the rgb from the fans are gone.

If it won't post then check the following...
  • Check that all cables are properly connected to the motherboard and to the power supply.
  • Check that all other cables (USB, SATA, etc.) are properly connect at both ends.
  • Remove the RAM cards and reseat them fully. Also check your motherboard manual to ensure they are in the correct slots.
  • Remove all PCIe cards and reseat them fully. Ensure that any extra power connectors to PCIe cards are fully connected at both ends.
  • Watch the four LEDs on the motherboard as you boot. Do any of them stay lit, if so which one?
  • Doe you hear any beep codes when you boot? If so how many and are they long or short beeps?
FWIW the 0xC000428 exception is an invalid image hash - that would make me suspect the installation media drive - or the USB port...
