I replaced a dead ssd with a new one but now I'm having issues. My Bios shows 3 drives in the boot menu when I only have 2 physically installed. When I go to "My Computer" or Disk Manager it only shows the new ssd as a C:\\ drive and my CD drive.
I've tried unplugging the hdd's SATA, starting my computer, and plugging it back in but it still can't find the drive. I also tried swapped my SATA cable for a brand new one.
I don't know what "ASUS DRW-24F1ST a" or"ST1000DM003-1CH162" are. Which one is my hdd? What is the thing that isn't my hdd and why is it there?
EDIT : While compiling pictures for this post something changed. I went into disk manager after reinstalling windows and all drivers for like the 3rd time. Suddenly there's a "Disk 1 Unknown Not Initialized" listed. That never appeared in previous attempts. Unfortunately, it gives me an error if I try to initialize it. What do I do?
