Hello there!
Long story short, a friend of mine is building a gaming PC. (And yes, I'm asking for a friend because he doesn't know how 2 English.) The budget is about 1000€, assembly fees are covered already. Sadly, we both have very little idea of PC parts.

Approximate Purchase Date: As soon as possible, if everything goes right on Wednesday

Budget Range: About 1000€, including shipping and taxes

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, that's kinda it, apart from very very basic office tasks (running Word, making Power Point Presentations etc)

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything (Apart from Case)

Do you need to buy OS: Yes / No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Whatever is the most affordable

Location: Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany

Parts Preferences: Doesn't matter, they only have to be compatible with one another, obviously.

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: If it needs some kind of special technical work to be done, No, if it may be installed like a normal graphics card, doesn't matter

Your Monitor Resolution:
1920x1080

Additional Comments: Even though it's very likely not possible with the budget anyways, please no liquid cooling as I do not trust myself enough to install it.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My man's been playing on a 2009 Laptop for years now, barely anything runs on more than 5-10FPS. Not the ideal experience.

Anyone got any tips? Feel free to ask if you need further info

Thanks in advance!
Greetings from Germany.

Hi here is an example PC build just under Euro 1000 (Germany) with a Ryzen 3600 includes CPU cooler, X570 motherboard, 2 x 8GB for 16GB DDR4 3600 RAM, 500GB NVMe SSD and 1TB HD, Seasonsic Focus Power Supply 650W Gold (you can go lower to 550w) and a GTX 1660Ti GPU...This will be more than powerful for 1080p and will provide a great gaming experience at Ultra...

You can play around a little and add a better GPU like the RX 5700 though for what you want the 1660Ti is more than good enough. You will have to add your OS in Windows 10...

I forgot to reply, but thanks an awful lot! Some of the parts have already arrived, it seems everything will turn out quite well
