This will be my first build ever and I wanted to make a pc for gaming(BF 3), watching HD movies, listening to music and internet browsing with about $1000 budget. I have a lot of HD movies and i wanted to use a rig to hook up to my projector in my room.

Would the PSU i chose be able to run SLI for the GTX 560 ti if i decided to take that route.

Yep, no problem. The PSU even comes with 4 PCI-E plugs.

I can't say. That's a function of the driver that comes with your video card. Look up the features of the nvidia drivers to find that out.

If you go with dual monitors than I would recommend the 6950 2GB for the extra vRAM.

Thanks for the help guys. Will probably take a look into the 6950 2GB. With the configuration of components so far if decided i run dual monitors with the 2GB 6950 would things run smooth if I were playing a game on one monitor and the other monitor had live NFL score board updates or downloading music from itunes. Would gaming become choppy because of muti-tasking?

Down the road which would run better dual radeon 6950's or dual gtx 560's.
