Question 1080 ti GPU Repair/Fix/Help :)

Hi guys and gals

I am kinda new to this so I thought I'd ask opinions first, I recently acquired a nivida gpu (I assume palit by the power layout) however I have no idea what the card is

Looking at the ram slots I am guessing a 1080 11gb however I am not sure on where to start the repair (if possible)

Looks like a 1080ti. What is wrong with the GPU? Also, could you look on the GPU and find out what the manufacturer is. I looked on the photos and could not figure it out. Are you replacing a memory chip?
