Wondering if it is good for playing the games mentioned above at the fps. If not, what fps would they run at?

Okay, here's a revised one.
Had to demote the GPU 1 tier below, but no worries, it performs relatively close to the 7950 especially on Catalyst 12.11.

All three of those Prebuilt PC's you listed would probably run the games but not well.
The Configuration Excella recommended though would be excellent and would easily run those games very well. The Prebuilt Pc's may have similar CPU and RAM configurations but their graphics chips are far inferior.
