Software that need cd to run that were working just the
other day, now I recieve this error message:
C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt
The system file is not sutable for running MSDos &
Microsoft Windows applications.
Choose close or ignore

Also, there is only a current Restore Point on System
Restore.
Crazy things are happening on my toolbar there is now a
web search and I uncheck quick launch when I reboot they
are all back again. Am I losing it or what? Please help
if you can. Thanks!

It sounds like you've got some adware/spyware/trojan or some other
malware. You will want to get a program like CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot,
or Hijack This. Use that/them to scan for malware and remove it if found.
