[SOLVED] $1900 to build a PC setup

As the title says I have $1900 to build a PC & get 2 monitors. The primary use of the PC is going to be a mixture of graphic design (Photoshop, some 3D rendering etc) & gaming (Fortnite, WWE 2K20 etc.)
As for monitors I'm looking for a 144hz or 120hz for the main monitor & the secondary monitor something like 75hz.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
