Question 1MS MPRT vs 4MS FreeSync Premium 144Hz Monitor

So my question is: Is it better to use 1MS MPRT or FreeSync Premium 4ms for playing PUBG game. Also monitor have 144Hz. What you think guys?

Both are fairly meaningless on their own, there can be huge variation on how they are measured. Try and look up the monitors on the same testing website where the testing method will be the same. I like the YouTube reviews done by Hardware Unboxed or the review site RTings.com for monitor and TV information.
