Question 2nd SSD not showing up anywhere ?

Hello.

I just put a new SSD in and it doesn't show anywhere, not even in BIOS. I know that it's working because i took it out from a working PC.
I have Gigabyte B760 gaming x ax motherboard.I have already installed NVMe SSD with Windows 11 and it's working.The new SSD i got is Sata SSD (B+M) and it doesn't show up anywhere, even in BIOS.
Is the motherboard not supporting SATA SSD or the problem is something else?
I tried to enable VMD in BIOS but then even the NVMe SSD wasn't showing up in BIOS.

I really don't understand.
I have 3 SSD slots but they are only working with M key SSD?

Page 26 of the manual states that all three slots on your board work with PCIe M.2 only, not SATA M.2.

You can install SATA M.2 drive with M.2 sata adapter.
And connect it like a normal sata drive.

PCIE M.2 adapters usually support NVME drives only.
So no, you can not use PCIE adapter for your SATA M.2 drive.

That is hybrid PCIE M.2 adapter. It supports one NVME drive and one SATA M.2 drive.
For connecting SATA M.2 drive you'll still have to use SATA cable and connect it to motherboard.
