Question 3 Pin RGB Controller?

Hey everyone,

I'm not very technically savvy so I may use rubbish terms to describe things...

I got myself a new build the other day and have realised that my motherboard doesn't seem to have anything that'll help me control the RGB fans. I looked at what cable I had and I seem to have an 3 pin ARGB header(?) that could maybe be plugged in somewhere? ( Pic -

There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the motherboard however, can anyone recommend a decent and not so pricey controller that I can just plug in at all?

What case and motherboard. The 3 pins are 5 Volt.

The case should of came with a controller that you can use the reset switch on the case to change the RGB does it have any power connector for it?

Hey yeah, I read about that but I'm not overly keen on taking out and replacing stuff - I'd rather just get something I can just plug in... if that exists haha

So did your case come with the controller or not. It's not that simple without a 3 pin header on the motherboard to use software to control it.

Sorry, my bad. No, no controller at all.
edit: I think it's intended to be connected to a motherboard but, alas, motherboard doesn't support it.
