You have to check available options in your motherboard BIOS.
It may allow manual DRAM configuration.
Still won't go higher than 2933mhz.

That's bizzare - there's literally not even one setting dedicated to ram/memory in the bios

Dell/HP prebuilts usually have very limited bios configuration options.

This means only modes listed in SPD table (written in dram) will be available.
Can you show cpu-z - memory and spd sections with your current ram?

Your DRAM modules have JEDEC and XMP entries for 2666mhz mode.
That's why it's able to run at 2666mhz.
Can't tell, if it's using JEDEC entry or XMP.
Values are the same.

When talking prebuilts from large OEMs I tend to check Crucial to see if they have compatibility. While you won't necessarily end up with something as fast as an off the shelf it will usually work correctly. If your system doesn't support XMP (which I'm pretty sure yours does not) then buying DRAM gets really tricky due to needing JEDEC SPD timings which XMP kits rarely have over 2133.

You should be able to get these modules elsewhere, but can use this so you can match model numbers:
