When talking prebuilts from large OEMs I tend to check Crucial to see if they have compatibility. While you won't necessarily end up with something as fast as an off the shelf it will usually work correctly. If your system doesn't support XMP (which I'm pretty sure yours does not) then buying DRAM gets really tricky due to needing JEDEC SPD timings which XMP kits rarely have over 2133.

You should be able to get these modules elsewhere, but can use this so you can match model numbers:

Basically - if I buy any other ram that's not on the list I would automatically only get 2133mhz ? Like this : https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-VENG...n&qid=1726172314&sprefix=,aps,188&sr=8-3&th=1

I don't really know what JEDEC is ...
Look in your screenshot - post #32.
There is SPD table with JEDEC and XMP profile values.
Those are settings, that can be used without manual configuration.
If XMP or manual configuration is not available, then only JEDEC settings can be used.

Example.
Here with XMP enabled - ram will operate at 3000mhz, but without XMP or manual configuration it will work only at 2133mhz.

Loke this one ?3200mhz cl22
Maybe, but it's an XMP kit so maybe not (it should, but them not specifying doesn't make me want to say yes). A lot of memory manufacturers simply don't say which JEDEC timings are available and I know Corsair and G.Skill use 2133 on all of their XMP/EXPO DDR4 kits while Kingston uses 2400.

These both are JEDEC rated kits (teamgroup only specifically mentions 2400/2666/3200 but I believe that's the separate kits they sell as opposed to the timings available):
