Question 360hz monitor or a BenQ 240hz ?

Hi i have seen some similar posts to this but not really good enough answers to cover my question here,i play competitive games only and i care to have up to 1080p monitor,i am thinking of buying a 360hz monitor for CS but i dont know if they current ones out there like ASUS and Alienware are as good as the BenQ 240hz which every pro uses. you think i should wait? which one will be beneficial for better performance for me? thanks in advance for any replies.

Can you achieve 360fps in CSGO?
If not,the 360 doesnt make sense.

yes i can and the point im making here is if the 360hz or the DyAc from the Zowie Monitors are better because every pro uses them instead of the 360hz.
