Hey, so I purcahsed an Samsung 40 inch LED TV (Un40C6300) and I have it hooked up through hdmi to my gtx 570, however at 1080p resolution the corners are cut off. I read somewhere to try to adjusting the size manually with the nvidia control panel and so I went into that. Once in the contorl The screen is so much cut off I cant even use the horizontal slider. Anyway I am not really concered when on the desktop as I am still able to function fully. (Some icons are jsut slightly cut off but still funcationable)
My main problem is that when I play Arma 2 and I select 1080p the screen is cut off so much it is pretty much unplayable because some of the buttons do not appear as well the speech chat of the other players online. This is weird because NBA 2k11 appears to not be cut off at all. Is that because Arma 2 is slightly older? Any tips and tricks to fit all of Arma 2 onto the screen will be greatly appreciated.
