Question 60HZ TO 144HZ

I have Asus v248 monitor, i am currently using hdmi cable which only supports 60hz
will any of these allow me to run 144hz

What's your GPU? Not all GPUs do support DL-DVI.

mine does i think a double dual one doesnt work,

You'll need DP to DVI dual link adapter. Ones supporting 120Hz are expensive.
Honestly - it would make more sense getting a new monitor instead.

i have 3070

Does not have any DVI connector. What you need is a displayport to displayport cable. The monitor does 144Hz with DP.

What are available inputs on your monitor?
Does it have Display Port input?

If not, then Display Port to dual link DVI adapter is your only option (link in post #6).

Yes it is but that's not the video output of a RTX 3070.

Only DVI and DP do 144Hz. Using DP is the easiest and cheapest way with a RTX 3070

If you have a DP port on the monitor buy a DP cable!

You have a DP port on the video card you need one on the monitor also.
Video card to monitor the motherboard has nothing to do with it.
