A good gaming monitor?

Hello! I was just wondering if this would be a good gaming monitor? I'm on a little bit of a budget and when I compared this monitor to similar ones from Dell and Asus, this one looked just as good, but MUCH cheaper. Thoughts?

Is there something in particular that made you suggest those monitors over the one I found? If you look at the specs on the Best Buy monitor, is looks like the contrast ratio is better on mine, but I'm new at this so your insight is most appreciated.

Honestly, in that price range, I'd go with a Dell Ultrasharp 2209WA. It uses an IPS panel, and will have a better image quality by a pretty large margin than any of the ones posted above.

What res are you gaming at?
What is the gfx card that it is going to be paired with?
Also, what minimum viewable size were you looking for?

Look around for a used 19" CRT. I love my old Viewsonic and hate most LCD's due to the viewing angle, contrast etc.

I'm holding out for a 22" OLED monitor. I've seen good $50 CRT monitors.
