Running PC2100 s/b no problem. In fact in some ways it's actually better than PC2700 because there's at best a 5% performance gain and running async on this board (any SiS 745 chipset boards actually) can cause problems.

Only problem i had was when i had Plug & PLay OS set to YES in the bios...i couldnt get passed the boot screen....and the board would set itself back to defaults........i found out its a prob. with all these boards....so i flashed to bios version BETA 1004.001 and now it works perfectly fine...best boards ive ever owned so far....

It could be a lot of things, someone mentioned turning off PNP OS in BIOS, that turns on BIOS autoconfiguration and might help. Other causes could be power, defective memory, etc. Try underclocking the FSB to 100MHz, just to install windows. Then load the application for checking voltage, and make sure everything is OK. Run a memory test. Then, if everything checks out, push it back up to it's native 133MHz FSB, and check it again.
