i dont think its shorted it does it with 2 different psu's, 2 different cpu's, 2 different types of corsair ram. All fnas spin up then off and i cannot even get to post.

Remove all the RAM and boot up. Be sure and connect the MB to a speaker first. If you don't hear the MB beep to signifying there is no RAM in the system, you have a bad MB. Return it.
