Is it new & within warranty? If it is, I suggest you bring it to the service center. If you need to leave it, ask if it is possible to take your HDD specially if you have sensitive data.
For my case, I usually troubleshoot by removing RAM stick & leave only 1 at a time. This is so far the most common problem I encounter with laptops and most of the time fix the problem as it turn out to be a bad RAM stick that prevent the laptop from booting up.
