I have just noticed that whenever I try accessing the add/remove list in
Control Panel, it seems to not be assessible. I would like to get this list
back. How do I do this?

Suggestions:

Go to Start/Run and type in:
Expand C:\i386\NETOC.IN_ -r C:\Windows\Inf

Add or Remove Programs tool appears to stop responding after you remove the
security update that is documented in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-015

To get rid of this error you can switch back to a Microsoft Theme or goto
/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes/<Name of theme in use> and rename the shell folder
to the name of the visual style shown in the appearance tab.
