Add/remove problems

Hello,
im not able to access my add/remove programes. theres an antivirus thats bloocking it.what can i do?

uninstall the antivirus through all programs under your start bar.

EDIT: What antivirus are you talking about? Maybe this could be an issue. Maybe it is a virus itself...... Not to be mean ...... why post this under CPU section??

You can try this. click Start menu and in the search field type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
