Hello everyone,
I'm considering upgrading my editing PC. It's been five years since I built my current one, and it has served me well. I believe it's time to give it a performance boost.
Currently, my setup includes an Intel Core i7-9700K, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and an RTX 2070. I'm considering upgrading my trusty, albeit aging, CPU to an Intel i9-13900K
and switching to a new 64GB DDR5 RAM kit. I plan to keep my RTX 2070 since, for video editing, it appears to be a reliable choice, as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
don't fully utilize its capabilities.
On the other hand, I find AMD offerings quite compelling. However, all my previous PC builds have been Intel-based, and I have limited knowledge about
which AMD CPU can compete with the i9-13900K.
As for cooling, I'm wondering if I should go with a liquid cooler or if my reliable Noctua D15 can handle the Intel i9-13900K.
Any suggestions or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
What are your overall thoughts on these upgrades? Do you believe they are worth the investment, or would you recommend any alterations?
I'm providing the specs of the build I plan to assemble as a reference for suggesting any potential upgrades or changes:

Please note that I am a professional designer and editor, so the new machine I want to build needs to meet specific criteria,
such as stability, efficient performance, and cost-effectiveness.
For instance, I'm not looking to invest an extra €500/$ in a better CPU for a marginal 5-10% speed improvement; that's not my top priority.Currently, my setup includes an Intel Core i7-9700K, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and an RTX 2070.
