CPU easily. Quad cores struggle now in some games. I’m on a 2060S which is a smidge below a 2070 and I’m running 1440 60+ average on pretty much everything maxed. The only games I have to turn a couple things down on is the new Star Wars and even then it’s from ultra to high.Hey guys, Trying to get some advice for a friend. He currently has a RTX 2070 and a i5 7600k. He games at 1440p Should he upgrade his GPU to a 2080 Super or his CPU?
Budget: £854
