Question Advice on upgrading Ryzen 7 5700G ?

Hi,
this are specs for PC I am upgrading.
I am looking to upgrade only MB, CPU and RAM. For now GPU will stay the same, but with a plan to upgrade later.
I am looking for DDR5.
I am not informed about PC hardware lately so first question: should I look into AMD or Intel? I am not a fan of any of two camps, I am just looking what is best value for money?

First motivation is to increase speed.
Not looking into overclocking and gaming, PC will be used for graphic apps like Photoshop, and for loading LLM models.
I was looking into Intel core i9-13900K, but if there is some alternative which is less expensive without losing to much performance?
I want at least 128GB RAM. What would be the best combination for my needs?

AMD, I'd avoid Intel until another 1 or two generations(14th is their current lineup). How old is your PSU in your build and what did it power since it's tenure in said build?

You could honestly upgrade your current build with a 5800x3D if you can find it for cheap where you're currently located alongside a DDR4-3600MHz(with tight latencies) ram kit and you should be able to take advantage of what you currently have. What BIOS version are you currently on? Got a link to your current ram kit?

That wouldn't be much improvement in speed,
so I would look into DDR5 platform.
I should of wrote that. I will edit the post if possible.

PSU is from 2022. and I used it on same PC.
RAM is Kingston HyperX 32GB Predator DDR4 3000MHz CL15 KIT HX430C15PB3K2/32
