Question After logging into my pc, some black window pops up and then I get signed out.

Plz help me I had problems with my computer before but this is nothing I’ve ever seen before. I had a bunch of problems going on at the same time and my “big brain” decided it was a good idea to factory reset my computer. I thought it was going to fix all of those problems but it only made things worse. I can’t even log on to my computer because when I do the screen turns black and I instantly get signed out again. I7-8700 CPU
ASUS PRIME B360M-A motherboard
16 gb ddr4 xpg adata ram 2400mHz
And Radeon RX 580 G
1TB HDD 7200RPM
2TB HDD 7200RPM

backuped your data so you can do a fresh os install?

Safe mode doesn’t help and wdym backuped data, you want me to do a completely new os install?

you can also try repair with an installation media(usb).

How the hell do I do a clean install, I can’t sign in to my desktop so I don’t think I can

you boot from the installation usb/dvd.
