the problem only happens when i am gaming after 10 seconds when the match starts the mouse is still on but not responding to my moves? after some seconds windows 10 crash saying critical process died, sometimes doesn't say what the problem is and the pc just shuts down and if i try to turn it on it wont do anything unless i turn off the psu and then turn it back on,
before writing this i was playing and the mouse didn't respond but the pc didn't BOSD or turn off because it didn't last more than 5 seconds but it was doing it for almost 1 minute then it stopped and i could play the entire match with no problem the game doesn't freeze when this is happening,
yesterday i had a BOSD but it was an error about the USB and both the mouse and the kb turned off and seconds later windows 10 bsod but i don't remember the name of the error it was usb. something
i'm trying to upload the memory.dmp in drive it wont let me

if i get better connection i will upload it but for now this is all i have

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

ntdll.sys

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

here is the 3 mini dump files

Do you use bluetooth? looking around the few clues about ntdll.sys all lead to something called Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator which acts as a generic driver for bluetooth devices. Your motherboard doesn't have it built on, did you have it enabled on your phone at any time you plugged Samsung phone in? Unless you previously tried a Add on card, that would be only reason I can think it would come on.

I had to use Google Advanced search to stop it giving me results for ntdll.dll as google is incredibly annoying sometimes. I will just link it here in case I need to look again.

no i don't use bluetooth
i updated the driver of the mouse but windows still crash with bosd
i also did a memory test because of ntdll.dll too with windows software but no error

top 2 errors make me think they both reactions to USB devices plugged into PC, ntdll.sys is for Bluetooth and the USBCCGP.sys file is a generic driver for USB... have you always used the phone for internet or is it just a new thing?

been using it for 2 months now

what should i do?

keep showing us dumps, see if its same thing still causing errors.

you might want to post on this forum and read the instructions on top of page, they may resolve it faster than I can: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/

alright i will ask for help in that forum
today the pc
just shutdown while playing and had to unplug it to turn it back on
later the mouse stopped working and then bosd while watching youtube? nothing else was running this is the first time that happens without playing :/
this are the new dumps
072917-35890-01
072817-28906-01 this dump is from yesterday while playing with the same error from before

Edit

i forgot to mention that i was testing without the phone connected to the pc
i was running witcher 3 and at the same time a video running in the background and the mouse never stopped working nor the pc shutdown

i will try later using the router tethering the phone with the usb and the ethernet with the pc instead

Hi, I ran the dump file(s) through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/A5TT3Lv0

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

thank you gardenman

right now i'm testing
with my router usb and the phone usb tethering and so far the pc haven't shutdown or bosd while playing the same games or watching videos
could this be the motherboard or the power supply? i changed the cmos battery the same day i posted here

csrss.exe = client server connection... its basically your user, if this crashes windows has no choice but to crash. Its one of the mission critical files and windows can't run without it...

I assume this crash was before you removed phone from PC?

It sure sounds like its your phone connection as evidence looks that way. What phone do you have? Has it received a new version of android recently? The driver on the PC probably came from the phone when you connected it, wonder if your phone uses http://www.samsung.com/au/apps/smartswitch/ as that should recognise phone and maybe offer a firmware update or update USB drivers for phone (it depends what version of Android you are on).

my pc is not compatible with samsung smart switch
the phone i use is a galaxy s8 plus android version 7.0
i didn't had an problem all day yesterday but my brother said today when he was playing on his account the pc just shut down and he didn't have the phone connected to the pc or the router usb and there is no dump file :/

how can i fix the csrss.exe?

Edit
ok the pc now is just shooting down on me while playing and i had the phone connected to the router usb like i did yesterday

So what apart from a GA-78LMT-USB3 rev 5 do you have in PC? I can't see a graphics card unless its AMD (atikmdag should have been a clue) as well.

PC shutting down with no BSOD or memory dump isn't a windows error, its hardware normally.

If csrss.exe was the cause, windows wouldn't start. It is necessary for windows to login. I shouldn't have made you think it was a problem. I was just telling you what it does... too much info :)

my gpu is a r9 270 2GB from msi like 5 months ago i had to bake the gpu because of a broken driver from amd caused the gpu to overheat while the fan was always at 18% to the point that my gpu would create artifacts and boot loop w10
but all games runs smooth, and now sometimes with war thunder stutters a lot fps from 60 dropping to 54 all the time i don't know why even in ultra low quality have the same symptoms but the pc doesn't shuts down in ulq, for now,
but when lots of stuff happens in the game at medium or high quality the game freeze for less than a second and fps comes back to normal with stutter and then pc shuts down and the frame time jumps to 35 or 50 when before all this it was always 15 to 21 but i don't think is the gpu because the pc shut down 1 times while watching just youtube
is kinda hard to explain because because first was just in gaming and i can tell you this now and then the pc might shut down while surfing the web or whatever.

is not your fault i kind of misread it

Cooler Master V550
Radeon Software Version - 17.7.2
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson ReLive
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon (TM) R9 200 Series
Memory Size - 2048 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 955 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 10 GB
CPU Type - AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor

the ram and processor was from an hp pre built pc that i bought new about 4 or 6 years ago
i only have 3 HDD
one for windows and some small programs only because the first hdd is about 250GB?
second hdd is for software like steam and bandicam etc... 1TB
and the third 1TB hdd is only for installed games that i bought last year because the old hdd was dying
and the psu is a Cooler Master V550 gen 6? i bought it 2 year ago

i forgot to mention the freezing is only when someone artillery or tank explodes even if my game doesn't render it because i'm too far from it
i think that's a problem with nvidia physics and amd but with all this and lots of stuff happening even without the freezing the pc just shuts down i don't see w10 with bosd anymore

i will download hd tune and let you know when its done

1 hdd
http://prntscr.com/g2okhk

2 hdd
http://prntscr.com/g2ogva
http://prntscr.com/g2oj6k
http://prntscr.com/g2ojk4 when i had windows 7 i had a problem with the sata cable but i replaced it

3 hdd
http://prntscr.com/g2ol11 where all games are installed

hdd not working wouldn't lead to PC turning off, I don't think. are there any games on drive 2 or just the steam client? those crc errors could be cause of lag if PC needs to talk to game. Lag could also be caused by the communication needed to get info on tank explosion/artillery shells

what is your ram combo that lets you get 10gb? I assume its 2x4gb and 1 2gb ?

try running PC in safe mode for a while and see if it shuts down there as well, it will confirm its not one of the drivers you updated. Did these shut downs only start after we replaced drivers?

on drive 2 i only have programs like origin, steam and ubisoft installed and i download most stuff in that drive like gpu drivers, setups and photos
my ram combo is 3x2gb and 1x4gb
the game never had artillery until open beta i think, thats when the problem started years ago and at that time i had windows 7 and a different hdd

i mostly blame nvidia physics because i'm not the only one with the same problem is only with amd cpu

and about the errors i think is because we had power outage for more than 4 months now and i don't have a back up battery for my pc but for now the errors haven't pop up like in windows 7

the pc doesn't shut down or bosd if idle it mostly shut down when gaming now but today my brother was playing and the pc bosd with the same error
all problems started at the same time first was the bosd and now is shutting down

no the pc shut down started 3 days later mostly when there is a lot of things going on in the game but sometimes if the pc doesnt run that well certain game because the cpu is the bottleneck the game will just bosd

could be something overheating that i cant monitor?
because when i play and the room is cold at 68c the pc doesnt bosd or shutdown anymore

how long you been running 10gb? PC only has dual channel ram so 1 channel has 2gb & 4gb in it. If its been a long time, I guess it can't be cause.

which game is it?

overheating can cause PC to just shutdown, I hadn't thought of that. have you cleaned all the dust out of case recently?

You can run HWINFO on PC and set it to monitor temps and other scores for sensors inside PC. Another cause could be power isn't supplying enough to PC to keep it on... guess we might see from results.

when it first opens, select sensors only and click run
on bottom of the next window, select the button that says Logging start and it will record the min/max/average for all the things it tracks (and there is a lot here).

the ram and the cpu is from the HP pre built pc so about 4 to 6 years?

all parts are clean
i'm the only one that cleans this pc i take everything apart and clean it with a brush, vacuum cleaner and clean the ram and gpu gold contacts with an eraser too, i never had a problem cleaning it this way since i bought it then i had to replace 1 hdd the motherboard from hp and the gpu that was a radeon 6670

this is when idle with a/c off

http://prntscr.com/g2se6l

while gaming

http://prntscr.com/g2sjrx

cpu temp depending the game is about 38c to 45c never more than that because is watercooled

what about GPU temps?

The voltages on the 3.3, 5 & 12 volt rails during gaming would be good to know as well. If one isn't giving enough power to GPU and CPU, somethings going to stop.

glad i know to ignore some sensor scores as otherwise one on motherboard is 125C max... pretty impressive since everything else is below 30C

the gpu temperature when playing is 62c to 65c with the a/coff but when is on the temp is 45c

what program let me see the 3 voltages?

Did PC crash during that time?

For 5 seconds, the GPU utilisation dropped all the way down to 0%, clock speed dropped from 1050 to 300, and GPU memory dropped from 1400 to 150.. and then it all went back to normal again. this happened at 1 hour, 3 minutes & 35 seconds (in case you want to look yourself (or someone else)). PCIE link speed also dropped to half (from 5 to 2.5), FPS dropped from 50 to 18.. download rate also dropped as well. rest of the scores in PC seemed to be solid at time.

think i get a second opinion on this...
