i recently replaced my snowman CPU Cooler with a new aio, its ID-COOLING FROSTFLOW X 240. But it seems to not improve my cpu temps

Below are the max temps when i was using my snowman cpu cooler :

and below are the max temps with the new aio :

note that i didn't install the 2nd fan below the first because there was no room because of the gpu but instead i installed it at the front of the case.

the temperature also fluctuates from 40-50 in like 5 seconds : https://ibb.co/tDvwNr0

PC Specs :

MOBO: A320M S2H
CPU : Ryzen 3 3300X SE
GPU : Sapphire nitro RX 570 4GB
RAM : PNY 8GB 2666Mhz XLR8 DDR4
STORAGE : 1TB Crucial P1 3D NAND M.2 SSD
POWER SUPPLY : 1st Player DK PS-500AX DK5.0 Full Modular Power Supply

I mean, if you don't install this in the manner that really it should be installed, I think you're getting the appropriate amount of not-working-correctly as a result.

The idea is that if the cooler has 2 fans, each of the 2 fans should be moving air over the radiator, not in random installation patterns with the hope that it works as well (or better) than standard install.
