-I've already tried ALL the steps listed in the trouble shooting thread

1. I've unscrewed and rescrewed in the motherboard
2. Made sure 24 pin and 4 pins were in correctly
3. MoBo speaker= 1 beep when I turn on the computer.

What is the problem?

One short beep indicates a successful POST. The thing is, the POST routines can check only the video interface on the motherboard and video card. The POST routines cannot check the internal workings of the video card.

If you are using a discrete video card, check it in another system.

IF your mobo has built-in video display AND you are actually trying to use your separate graphics card, check where your video output cable to the monitor is plugged in. It must be into the graphics card, NOT the connector built into the back panel of the mobo.

Same problem, different configuration.

Case: Antec 900
PSU: Corsair TX-750
Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD EVO
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055
RAM: 16GB Corsair CMS600
Hard Drive: Western Digital 320GB
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 280

You could try moving the card to another PCI-E slot and seeing if that works, I'm having the same problem with mine - all fans work and there's power going to the display, but no picture.
