[SOLVED] All hope lost for this external hard drive?

Hello, I was having issues with an external HDD and was trying to recover files. It was running normally and providing a drive letter despite being unable to see the files normally. But a few hours later it disappeared, and when I tried plugging it in again is beeped a few times, didn't sound like it was running, and shows only is Device Manager now. This is what it sounds like:

Is it totally dead at this point?

if it is still under warranty contact support for a replacement and possible data recovery.

if not remove the drive from the housing and see if it responds when directly connected to your system.
