this just started happening last night. ALL the sound on my pc has an echo effect to it. Wav files, movie clips, mp3s etc
This has happened before, but usually only if i am playing a game and the game crashed. And then a reboot would fix it. I've tried rebooting as well as shuting down, but its still has an echo effect. Anyone have any idea whats goin on here? I'm using a SB live sound card. Didnt make any changes to the sound card settings and i dont see anything in the sound control panel (winxp) for any sort of special sound effects.
