[SOLVED] Am i able to Stream with my Setup

So i have an NVIDIA GTX970, an CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) cpu e3-1231 v3 @ 3.40ghz and 32 Gb of Ram.
So i've tried some settings on chaning the options in Obs and i'm not sure if im able to stream with those options maybe someone does.

The upload is not an Problem i have an 11mb Upload and there is no problem with the bitrate.
Would be kind if someone can answer

Use nvenc as the encoder and it will use your GPU for the heavy lifting making the CPU pretty much irrelevant.

Uhm there are two Encoder the normal and (new) which one is better to use?

Either one will be fine,try both and see if you notice any difference.
