Question Amd 9 5900x and rtx 3080ti best budget motherboard ?2023

Hi everyone please understand my bad english okay.
Iam 3d rendering just full HD and some times playing in 1080p or 2k modern games.
But problem in how can I choose motherboard ..my plan go with cpu amd 9 5900x and rtx 3080ti asus tuf.
Please budget motherboard suggest for me.
Then, cpu cooler please recommend guys.

I have 2 Asus Prime X570-p boards. One 2 years and the other almost 4.
Both run 24/7/365 folding with no problems.

A520 very cheap budget. low end boards.
B550 cheap to midrange budget. cheap to very good boards.
X570 upper middle to high end boards.
I use the Asus prime boards because they have very good VRMs and cooling for them.
But don't have RGB, 12 usb ports, dual ethernet, Tuff or ROG pricing...etc.
Things I will not use, why pay extra for them.

You stated a "budget" board. Which I perceived as low cost.
So B550 is as low as I would go for a 5900x cpu.
If your "budget" allows X570, then that is a better choice for an extra M.2 slot and extra PCIE lanes that don't take PCIE lanes from the graphics card.
