Ok, Hes got 2 auctions both with missing pins. Either hes duping his auctions or he really sucks at handling chips

Some pins ground / earth (never know which one to say) and the CPU can work without.

Just remember the CPU may work, but it wasn't designed to work like that - and so the life time / warrenty cannot be guaranteed.

The CPU probably works fine, but I wouldn't put it in my system. If you were very unlucky it could die and take you MB with it. That's if your very unlucky.
