O le crap, I was hoping to see at least a nvidia peep about GT300, guess 58xx it is....

now if the ATI AIBs stop being gay and offer good lifetime overclock w voltmod warranties then I would stop complaining where GT300 is....

DirectX 11 is the most anticipated directx version by me ever.

It's about time to show some PC muscles to all those console gamers, and about time for a PC comeback ...

Wow replace an 8800 GT? That's a great new card still. My ATI Radeon 9700 pro is becoming a bit outdated though. :)

Hmmm, I just replaced my 8800GT for a GTX260 with 896MB of RAM - Runs pretty damn good for me. Although, I didn't fork any money out for it, technically speaking. Always nervous to "jump" on new products based on past experiences. Man, I remember my NVIDIA Geforce 2 Ultra - sweet! Hope AMD is releasing a card that actually MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Uggh

[citation][nom]Honis[/nom]To bad the AMD CPU is still a bottleneck on high end graphics cards.Looking forward to the next CPU from AMD[/citation]
Did you check out the new upcoming Catalyst 9.8 drivers? Big news there (gaming improvements) with an AMD CPU combined with their graphics cards.

All in all I'm excited about this.

I know we are all hoping and wishing the cards are spectacular, so that Nvidia will release something similar and the battle for best card will keep prices reasonable and keep both companies driving forward.

It will be very interesting when Larabee is introduced to the mix as well.
