Err an 8210 is in fact an 8 core cpu.
And not four cores, and four threads.
A decent air cooler to keep it cool can cost you in the range of £40 plus, if you intend to over clock the chip also.
A better solution would be to go for a cpu water cooling loop in my mind.
Will keep your cpu bellow 60c. with an over clock as long as you don`t go to mad with the OC.

It does a very good job of keeping Amd, and Intel based cpu very cool even under over clocking an cpu load for it`s price
Nice and quiet all so when running,It`s compact in relation to a large air cooler. might be worth thinking about.
So have a look around for it on other on line comp store, price may vary slightly
You will not regret it, even if it means having to save a few more pounds to get it.
