That is a nice OC.
IF you get a chance run CInebench 11.5
http://downloads.guru3d.com/CineBENCH-11.5-download-2475.html

then you can compare on Toms CPU charts
http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/cpu-charts-2013/-02-Cinebench-11.5,3143.html

My Phenom II x 6 1100T Black Edition at 3.8 Ghz gets in 6.80s as does my stock I7-2600
my highest stable OC for the 1100T is 4.0 and I scored a 7.01

This will give you an idea of how your CPU performance matches up at an OC

for fx chips northbridge is redesigned and no longer has such a huge effect on performance, on my old fx system i had perhaps 1-3%performance gain in benchmarks and none in games by going from stock 2200mhz to 2600mhz, and it has a negative effect on how far you can oc the cores, for best results northbridge should be left alone

CPU: AMD FX 9590
Name: Pile Driver / Vishera
NB Freq: 233
Mult: 21.5
Clock: 5.0095 (* It WILL go higher, but my goal was 24x7 5GHz)
CPU vCore: 1.425v core in BIOS (1.440-1.450 under loadwith Ultra-High LLC)
CPU NB: 1.250v
MoBo Morth Bridge: 1.150v
HT: 1.250v
LLC: Ultra High
Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Rev 2.0
Cooling: Custom loop with mods

Custom loop is based around this kit:

http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/kits-und-systems/internal-kits/16246/alphacool-nexxxos-cool-answer-480-d5/ut-kit?c=6459

Added North Bridge chipset cooler:

http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/mb-cooler/mb-universal-water-cooler/11088/alphacool-hf-14-smart-motion-universal-copper-edition?c=6482

Removed black top cover and used straight mounting bar. Fit perfectly with a little filing on bottom tip of cross bar to clear top PCIe slot/card.

Added Custom Modded VRM cooler:

http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/mb-cooler/mb-special-water-cooler/5037/koolance-mvr-100-vrm-waterblock?c=6482
+
http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/mb-cooler/spare-partsaccessories/7016/koolance-mvr-heat-transfer-plate-140mm?c=6484

Modded mount plate to fit stock VRM back plate mounting holes per info here:

http://www.overclock.net/t/1468642/how-to-watercool-the-asus-990fx-sabertooth-rev2-0-vrms-and-nb

Adding a back side vent and fan blowing on back of CPU socket and VRM lowered load temps by 6c for the CPU and 8c for the VRM.

EVERYTHING including the CPU was lapped flat to a mirror finish on the copper.

Results:

CPU was a dream bin. Cooling was overkill.

Stock 4.7 GHz was stable at a puny 1.325v core in BIOS (1.3375-1.35 with High LLC under load) This is down 0.1375v from the stock setting of 1.4625v core.

5GHz was stable at 1.425v core in BIOS (1.440-1.450 under load with Ultra High LLC) Yes, that's right...5GHz on all 8 cores at below stock volts.

CPU Temps with back side vent/fan peaked at 52-54c under full load for 1 hour. This is with all cooling tuned for near silence on pump and fans.

VRM temps peaked at 56-58c under full load for 1 hour.

That is really good.
I am impressed.
What is your Cinebench 11.5 score?

xDD i need some advice , im running 5.0ghz right now 24/7 gaming applications etc , at 1.56v max temps i reach are not even close to 60 :) more like 45 max , im thinking to try 5.3ghz xDD lol is 1.6v safe on air ? XD

No, 1.6V for 7x24 isn't safe for any CPU. I would suggest you stop there since 5GHz on an AMD CPU is a very good clock.

thanks :))) i tryed yesterday at 1.6v on 5.1ghz but seems like my chip can reach 5.025 max :) at 5.0ghz its very very fast i export audi of 2gb with tons of effects in 15-20seconds xD not bad for a newbie sir !!!!! i did it myself at 5.0 !!! hahaha :)

https://imageshack.com/f/1x2cosp

7.24 on a 1100T at 4.12ghz
only thing is that 4.1 runs stable but hot so I do not run 24x7
4.0 is my highest stable at decent temps which scores just over 7
my daily oc is 3.8 and I score 6.87

make sure that all apps are shut down
if on win 7 drop to windows classic color scheme
that definitely helps your score

i did have to use 1.56v on the CPU to get the 4.1 stable
another reason I dont run it LOL
4.0 is stable at 1.55v but temps run high and that is with a Antec Kuhler 620 LC with two Scythe 3K rpm fans on it in an Antec 1100 case with a top 240mm two front 120mm and two side 120mm fans

I think with that cooling and with a good CPU you could hit 4.1
it took ALOT of tweaking for me to get there though
low HTT speed (2000)
higher NB speed 2600-2800
raised the NB voltage up
I had to use a dedicated fan on the VRM
this is on an older Asus board (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4A77TD/) so on a good board you should easily get 4.0 and possibly up to 4.2
