Ultra had one for a while called the Ultra chillTEC i don't own one but from reviews it was a decent performer(nearly on par with water) but was cost prohibitive

Anyone want to do an Insane OC Cinebench run against my Phenom II x 6 1100T Black Edition?
I want to see how the old girl does in mortal kombat?
need to post screenies
stability doesnt matter just as long as you can pull off a mulithread Cinebench 11.5 run and get a screenshot
Only AMD CPUs in this competition

@ Moderators please let me know if I should start another thread for this

king will need atleast 4.4GHz on 1100t to match that 7.87 score
mine best try was 7.21 @4.05GHZ on 1090t ( 2.7ghz nb/ht, 1.8ghz cl9 ram)

well I barely beat your 1090T at least lol :)
you get it up to 4.1 and we would have the same score or you might even beat me

Agreed, if i had one of these 6 core thubans instead of athlon x4, probably would not have gotten my self a fx 8120 when it came out, the single threaded performance was better on thubans, but then again i went for fx 8350 just for the overclock, by the way out of curiosity why didn't you want to use cinebench r15?

they are same chip
we only need to hit right settings ;)
i had mine @4.05GHz using 212evo p/p, but it was too big for my cabinet thus not using it now
i am limited by my board, i combined many techniques to get every last mhz out of my system in every aspect ( like vrm cooling, out of cabinet run, pics below)

hi guys can you help me? i have an fx 6300 and msi 880gms e41fx mobo with gammax s40 cooler. and im having high temps. i clocked it at 4.1ghz without messing up the voltage. just the multiplier.

hi guys i have 3 scenarios

picture 1 https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/...

AMD Stability test. no problems with stability never had an error 100% usage
coretemp says temp is 39C
AMD overdrive says 30.8C

picture 2 https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/...

Prime 95 test. didnt have an error

coretemp 41C
hwmonitor 41C
amd overdrive 28.6

picture 3 this is insane https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/...

still no errors but further tests maybe test 5

amd overdrive 185C
coretemp 255C
hwmonitor 206C

and i also have an idle photo but didnt upload it

AMD 53.9C
Coretemp 16C
Hwmonitor 16C

guys do you think my temps are credible? is it possible to go as high as 255 and not burn the chip and not create errors? i think when i have those insane temps, it lasted 5-10 mins before i got
scared and stopped prime95.

im also running the amd stability test right now

amd overdrive 29C
hwmonitor 41C
coretemp 41C

and im wondering cause if i hit that 200C+ shouldnt my mobo melted already?

For starters, uninstall AMD OverDrive. The program is very buggy, and causes issues and can probably cause hardware failure. (And it doesn't cover damage anyways, even though it is provided by AMD) But I hope you are using the BIOS while overclocking.
Second, I feel as the probes/sensors are bad or your programs are conflicting with each other causing bad reading. If your CPU reached 90*C it would have died instantly-and AMD has a safety feature inside which throttles the CPU when it over heats if it is not turned off. I forgot the name. And your computer would of turned off as well if it really got too hot for your hardware's protection.

I would have been amazed if your computer reached 200*C and worked  let alone didn't melt because plastic:
The melting point of HDPE (High Density Polyethelyne) is about 130 ºC
The melting point of LDPE (Low Density Polyethelyne) is about 110 ºC
The melting point of PET (Polyethylene terphthalate) is about 250—260 ºC
The melting point of PP (Polypropylene) is about 160—170 ºC
The melting point of PS (Polystyrene) is about 70—115 ºC
The melting point of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is about 75—90 ºC

But 53*C is really hot for idle, and without voltage changes. I'm guessing you have faster RAM causing higher memory bus usage (which is in the CPU now). But regardless, that is very hot. If you have a stock cooler, don't overclock. 62*C for FX series s the safe temperature but people go to 70*C.

And your pictures don't load.

EDIT:
My preferred way of running Prime95 for maximum heat is:
Options>Torture Test

    ■ Custom
    ■ Min FFT 4096
    ■ Cores All
    ■ Memory, as much as you have available.

This will use all your RAM and use the memory bus more which creates more heat on top of your CPU being used 100%.

photos aren't loading for me either, photo's link are not complete
seems like software or sensor problem, try only one monitoring software that is hwinfo32 or 64 and uninstall others and then check temps and if you still find abnormal temp then you may need to rma your board

my idle temp

is 53 based on amd overdrive

can you guys help me to choose a cooler for my 6300 or maybe 8320 on the future

i have 2 options

http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=29189046 and
http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=29189078

can you please help me choose?

and im only hoping for about 4.5-4.7 ghz at my fx 6300

reviews of both coolers.
x6

seidon
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-Se...
http://dvtests.com/?p=14425

seidon maybe better cause it is liquid cooling and more expensive, but i dont mind going for the x6 if it can still get the job done with decent temps thanks!!

Guys, please sotp posting in here-and make your own thread regarding these issues. People will help you faster for one, second this is considered hijacking a thread.
And you can credit people for helping you.

This is an AMD overclcok Club not AMD help thread.

I wanted to post my OC on here right now (My lunch hour) but my damn internet at home stopped working -_- When I get home I will post up all of my stuff. Last night I ran prime95 stably for a little over 7 hours. I am running an FX-8120 @4.1GHz @1.4125v with a 212 evo and my temps didn't go over 50c
