PC:
GPU - Rtx2070Super EVGA
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600 himself
MB - msi B450m pro vdh max
PSU - PCCooler GI-K800
RAM - 32GB (16x2) ballistix 3200mhz 16-18-36

The issue is about CPU freezing, it's pretty glitchy. I always get stutters and freezes on CPU side. Who can help me figure out, is that RAM, MB, CPU or something else?

So, in conclusion i figured out that the trouble here is somewhere around the CPU. This overrated AMD giggle is not working properly until multiplier is set to x45.0
Honestly motherboard is definitely no designed to handle this frequency in 100% cpu load. It is above manufacturer frequency and considered as overclocking.

I've never liked AMD much for either their GPUs or CPUs. I hate AMD from now on. Maybe you got any ideas what is real trouble here?

Yes, the PSU might not be the best, however most people in my country (Kazakhstan) keep using "KCAS", Cougar STX, and Deepcool DE / PF. On builds with GPUs such as RTX3080. That's horrible. I'm not even the worst here.

There are multiple issues I see.

The CPU is likely not being cooled properly. I would get a better cooler for the CPU.

You need a rear exhaust fan. You need better airflow over the motherboard components that surround the CPU itself.

Your HDDs are going to have a short, miserable life if not mounted properly. Those need to be secured properly to prevent physical damage inside the drives themselves.

Do you have any front fans?

No any case fans. The drives... Well, they are not complaining...

What about drive mounting... Well, the wires is very tough so it will act as an suspension like a car one.

Here's third drive 😀

Yes, I'm a "engineer"

Can you please list the entire build including the power supply details?

Reset BIOS and leave all OC off. Take a house fan and aim it directly inside the case with the most flow going directly at the CPU/VRM area on the board there. Any improvement?

Are you monitoring temps with something like Core Temps or HWI?
