Yeah your GPU is way big for your case, blowing air will be hard, try using your rig without the glass panel, and change the thermal paste in your GPU.I cleaned all parts 2 days ago, i dont know the name of the case but it look like this. I think the problem may also be a small space for the gpu to blow air because the graphics card have about 3 cm space from end of the case. Sorry for 2 rd bad quality image.

Sorry for 2 rd bad quality image.These temps arent dangerous for a gpu but the IDLE temp is little high, as AMD gpus are hot, can you please tell me whats your case ? and try cleaning your PC parts incase they are dusty.
