Hello guys,
I got a Lenovo IdeaPad L340 laptop (Ryzen 3200u, 4gb upgraded to 12gb RAM, 240GB SSD, win10 64bit)
I bought it on October 2019. I play only e-sports like CS:GO & League of Legends.
I remember on October 2019 when i bought it, I was able to run League at 1080p very high settings @ aprox120fps. Now on the other hand It can ran only at 1080p medium settings @56fps dropping to 38 in teamfights!
What the hell happened here?!
I'm using the latest driver AMD Radeon Adrenalin 2020 ver. 20.3.1

Its just laptops
They age very fast. A mere Pentium used to play Minecraft on hight settings at 200 fps but now doesn't even play at 30 fps.
Try to uninstall pointless Windows updates

First step would be to check core temperatures. Cooling issues is one of the most common causes of "mysterious" massive performance drops along with bad automatic Windows updates.

Core Temps tested with msi afterburner, doesn't pass 54 °C and interesting fact is that gpu core doesn't pass 700Mhz mark
is 54 degrees Celsius too much hot?

Invalid is quite correct. Laptops should never be considered for gaming as their heat sinks easily get clogged with dust or knocked loose, causing them to overheat.

Grab a can of air and try blowing out the vents (with the battery out and computer off of course)

Edit: 54C is reasonable. I would try to see if there is an updated ROM and GPU Drivers. Then go into AMD utility panel and checking to see what the max clock is set to.

I
54C under load would be considered low, especially for a laptop.

Check that you have the correct power management plan selected and that its settings haven't been messed up for some reason. Of particular interest would be things like the Max CPU power state.

I just set the mimium cpu state to 80% and max to 100% on battery and on power. NO DIFFERENCE
AMD software doesnt let me change clocks etc. maybe cuz its an apu. Msi afterburner shows me that Core clock is 1201Mhz and Memoery clock is 1200Mhz .
And these are Max clocks that I cant change

Is your GPU infected? Try running cleaner software like TDSSkiller or RougeKiller. Else, driver installation may be glitchy. You can also go for the DDU in safe mode. Else, look into the dl directX issues if there's any.
